Gary Weston and Marie-Helene Dubois have a combined experience of 35 years working with leading companies throughout the UK and Europe. Now based in Spain for the past 5 years, they have established themselves as leading professionals within the luxury property resort market.

They were exclusively contracted to an international luxury resorts developer for a period of four years, where they were involved in every aspect of the business, from conception to completion. During this period, they successfully launched the developer’s second resort, selling over 50% of the first phase within the first 72 hours of launch.

They were the first to develop and sell an investment purchase plan specifically tailored to jet-to-let buyers (see related article), and introduced the first interest-only mortgages in partnership with Barclays Europe and Savills Private Finance, in Spain. After this, they made the decision that they would have the opportunity to offer their clients a more complete level of service if that were to be offered on an independent basis.

This would also allow them to share their experiences with other property developers, benefiting in turn, the international property buyer by encouraging developers to create the products they are looking for.
